Hope this not considered off-topic, but think it is something to consider. There are several hemp balm pain relief creams on the market-as one who has had 4 back surgeries and my doctors tell me I have no discs left-just bone on bone-these really work. If you are suffering from back, shoulder, neck, etc, you should try one. toodles may have some, but I am here to tell you they really work. Several brands available-just contact toodles or google. Am posting this trying to help those of you in pain. JMO JB
