That's the least of it. And voter ID is in Manchin's version of the voting right bill.
Fewer voting places in 'certain areas', shorter early voting periods and procedures that make mail in voting more difficult both for Dem and GOP voters are part of most of the states bogus anti-voter fraud bills.
The laws are based upon the big lie, and the legal challenges to them will bear that out.
They have nothing to do with voter fraud and everything to do with the kind of Jim Crow shit that we thought we got rid of.
