So assuming Dalton is true to his word
And that's a big if....here is what I expect the filings to show.
1) it will be unaudited. It will be attorney letter only which will not qualify UNVC for Nasdaq or fully reporting status. Only OTC markets alternative reporting standard.
2) Little to no revenues. HRI, Wellness whatever, Time organization and all of the other "subs" will not be part of UNVC. Only Univec and PPSI
3) Excitement will move to Doc imminently rolling his companies into UNVC and new legends will be spun around such
4) Hints of upcoming cannabis products to be launched. ( this is all I invested in and am becoming more and more skeptical will ever happen)
I hope I am wrong, but I'm putting my prediction in writing before the bomb drops. Stock will likely surge to the mid teens (cents) again on simply the filing itself. But we'll likely be back to these levels in the coming weeks as the fanciful tales of riches start to ring hollow.
Unless I'm totally wrong, I'll be a seller into the frenzy
