There really is no excuse for what is going on. I

I remember Joe saying that Nasdaq was where the big investors would be at. The problem is, would they want to invest when they see all of how the management is handling things now? Missed timelines, bad messaging, lack of shareholder confidence.
This is not shareholders hurting their investments, this is about frustration because shareholders have been expecting results for several years and so far there has been a lack of results. Even the dividend was a disappointment due to the now NGIO / NUGX fiasco and how the class A / B is going to turn out.
We have heard of bad actors, selling shares to keep the company going, putting shares back in the treasury and the PPS taking a huge hit. We have seen the PPS go up, then drop like a rock. We have heard this is going to happen or that is going to happen and then when the date comes, nothing happens and no info comes out. The shareholders are left wondering why and management gives no update, no explanation, nothing. Then later on, we get a CC and we hear new good things and it's the same scenario all over again.
Shareholders try to be upbeat and try to keep giving the benefit of the doubt, while being accused of hurting their investment by the CEO when they question what is going on. There is an accountability that the shareholders should have concerning their investment and they should be holding the management accountable, which Joe seems to not understand or simply does not want to be accountable.
Generex can keep staying in the .20's or even the .30's by selling shares. They put enough in the treasury. They can keep doing what they are doing for months. They can keep missing timelines, keep making promises, breaking promises, keep telling shareholders what they want to hear on CC's. But sooner or later, it has to stop. People are going to get tired of it.
We are now into the middle of July. The middle of 2021. We have yet to see any results. Any results. Only words.
It's about time to put up or shut up.
