Re: Beasley #30644
In that same line of thought I have written an email to Todd yesterday, and since he is usually quite quick in responding and has not so far, I just share at least my message to him with y'all!
(Remark: Y'all is one of the those things that I still remember from my time in Houston, TX. Howdy, y'all! LOL )!

So here is the original email text I sent to Todd yesterday, with again no reply so far. Should he respond, and in case I receive his permission, I will share his response with you, but after almost 24h after I had sent it, I do not count on any answer anymore.

Subject: When are you going to break the silence?

Hey Todd,

it again has been a while, but the silence we, GNBT's loyal shareholders, receive for more than two months now, ie. after the CC that had us all pretty excited, is deafening. Which is why I am now breaking my silence towards you, and want to let you in on some of the most pressing questions a lot of GNBT shareholders have, as I know from my regular participation in several GNBT/NGIO related message boards in the US and here in Germany.

What happened to all the prospects mentioned during that last CC?
Olaregen was supposed to receive non-dilutive funds to market-launch Excellegen! Has that happened as predicted during the CC? If yes, why haven't we publicly heard anything about that yet? I suppose an official PR announcement of potential profits regularly pouring into the company soon, could have the potential to stop the constant downturn of the share price. If no, what happened with that, and why haven't we heard about that, and what is Olaregen going to do about it? Is there a plan B?

In regards to the vaccine development, there was a timeline mentioned during the CC. Are you still on track of that? What are the next steps? When can we count on the filing of the IND package to the FDA? How long do you expect the approval to take? Is this going to be short, because of the Pre-IND application that you have been closely working with the FDA on? Are we talking days, weeks or months? When do you estimate that the Phase I clinical trials might start? And based on the company's best estimates, when could a final FDA approval happen earliest?

In regards to the NGIO IPO, can we get any update as to when this might happen? In January Joe publicly said in an interview that he estimates to have NGIO trading on Nasdaq within 30 to 60 days, now even the 60 day deadline lies almost 4 months in the past, and neither is NGIO listed on Nasdaq, nor do we know if it ever will, and if yes, when that is going to happen. Are you currently purposefully postponing this IPO until the FDA submission/approval of the IND package has happened? If yes, why exactly is that? If not, what else is holding it back/keeps it from happening?

In order for this email not to get even longer, I guess you get it, that there are a hell of a lot of questions that I, as a long term shareholder of GNBT, am currently asking myself, and I think all GNBT shareholders deserve answers to. Please stop keeping us in the dark, and publish a general update on all of the "stuff" that was discussed during the last CC, and is currently going on within the company and its subs, including next milestones and reliable timelines. It would be most appreciated if you can then find a format (e.g. a company Twitter account, or your homepage, or alike), where you can easily and at little to no cost provide regular updates on all of your initiatives, to your shareholders.

Thanks in advance. Your answer, be it personally to this email, or publicly via PR or other announcement, would be highly appreciated.

Best regards from Germany
xxx
