A couple of months ago, Bambuser bought Relatable,
Post# of 32638
Today Bambuser was up 15% as they announced $2.2M contracts. If you only made $3M-ish last year, that's a big deal.
"Under terms of the agreement with the computer software company, Relatable will provide creative services to the company in several regions across the U.S. and Europe. The total contract value exceeds $1.7 million. The deal with the pharmaceutical skincare company covers services in Europe and carries a value of $500 thousand."
Keep in mind I don't think that is even reoccurring revenue.
Interesting how Bambuser announced this without naming names which a lot of companies won't let you do. Imagine if Verb started announcing some of the larger deals this way?
I mentioned before out the revenue to market cap ratio will typically be high for young companies and go down as they mature. Stands to reason as it is harder to grow at a good clip the larger you are. This link below will help you see that
First Table
2020: 88,6x
2021: 32,1x
2022: 15,2x
2023: 9,09x
Chart
Their revenue on the chart is showing tripling this year, doubling the next and 65% growth next. Will they? I don't know but would seem it wouldn't be hard. If their growth is even better, that multiple would stay high.
Keep in mind their net sales were $3,623,282 in 2020 so 3x that would be $10M ish in USD this year
I know what you are thinking...
If Verb has more revenue, more products, better products, more potential, why isn't Verb valued at least 88x?
I think they will get a higher multiple this year, but everyone should do their own DD. As I said previously, all they need to do is show some kind of indication of good growth. I think they have already shown this, but it will only be existing investors that have done significant DD, watch the videos, attended the conferences, etc that will get it. The rest may need to wait for earnings, forecasts and/or analysts. Oh, that's right, we just had one analyst say $4.
If all else fails, Verb can move HQ to Europe or maybe the reddit crowd will catch onto Bambuser valuation and judge for themselves if Verb is undervalued and by how much.
