I'm doubting he gets any funds from this current sale in time to intercept that note and also doubt he'd use the funds for that. Seems to treat the notes like an ATM that doesn't actually debit the banking account - just let the notes convert and deal with the dilution down the road from "future" production.
Probably best to look at this once a month instead of once a day. Whatever happens will happen no matter the attention any of us pay to the dialogue and share price. We have zero ability to influence the course of this endeavor. The whole operation is in the CEO's hands and our only choice is stay or go. The old Buy, Sell, Hold. I'm holding - actually I made a small BUY recently. Gotta do that sometimes to tread water versus the dilution which goes on month after month.
