EXACTLY, Remember I have read the application doc has to fill out. If he did not have some kind of functioning website he could not have submitted the application. So he got it partially up and running to add on the application. Then once we go current and everyone's sees everything, its flip of a switch and the rest is functional. It can all be done on the back end, then boom it's all active one day. Most of that work none of us will see and it may be already done.
