Old news. We know about it but we also know that there's a very high probability that RMHB will be current well ahead of that date. The current management group has sometimes been off on their "anticipated" times, but they never had to share that info in the first place. That was them being much more transparent than required, which leaves you vulnerable to bashholes and Nervous Nellies too. The current group has missed a few times on shared dates but they've never lied. When they say we'll see fins I have no doubts.

For companies that slip into that spot temporarily, expert traders will still be allowed to provide liquidity, but again, those of us who've gotten feedback from corporate are very confident that RMHB will be current well before the new rules go into effect.
