There is absolutely no reason to doubt Dr. Dalton... he has already come through on numerous comments he himself has made; his word means something... UNVC has come a long way in the two-plus years I've been accumulating and we're now much closer than ever to that rainbow.
Plus there is now an ultimatum with an SEC imposed deadline... a new regulation, the first in 40 years for OTC: BECOME CURRENT OR DISAPPEAR! My words but might as well be what the SEC is mandating... and more power to them... to clean up this messy, unhealthy, disgusting gutter we've come to know too well as OTC.
I am fine with or without UNVC but I will not pass up this opportunity... in my now nine-plus years in OTC, there has NEVER EVER, for me, been such an opportunity... even when I actually spoke with and invested major dollars DIRECTLY with an OTC CEO/company.
