Good Morning...
So in a nutshell I think Amazon Care looks like this:
Telehealth Platform: Amazon Created in house with their huge team of designers
Amazon Pharmacy: Pill Pack runs this and fills out orders + handles mailing, and customer care.
Billing: "All roads lead to Univec" Doc pointed out. I think this is where UNVC is involved.
Data management, privacy and storage: Eagleforce is working with Univec to make this happen all uploaded onto AWS - Amazon's cloud services.
IMO. -- This is based off a lot of reading and looking at job searches - I could be wrong though.
