I agree with everything you say, I will add that it is important to put the structure in place as a small company if the growth to a big company is to be expected. I’m merely pointing out that the day to day of Cytodyn is as a small company. I don’t like when the compensation committee excuse is used when we all know it is the same people getting the compensation. Your point about all companies requiring a bod is true, but a private companies board is usually made up of a couple people listed as numerous positions in the company. Ask any small business owner.
