PS, I know some of my board friends would prefer going it alone. But without a catalyst I see the naysayers keeping the upper hand.
You wrote a great post and my only comment is on the last post script. I just have to agree with the going it alone if it’s at all feasible and possible. Heaven knows I would prefer to see a quick BTD for LH’s or Cancer or Nash. These are all huge markets and a supercharged boost in revenue. The kind of revenue that allows us FU_k U money. When you have that kind of revenue you can piss off whomever you feel like. With the exception of the FDA. The kind of money that just doesn’t need partners or help in anyway… any longer.
It really only takes revenue to go our own way and there is so much more value for us the stockholders to not have partners in the US market. I understand the partners in the international market now and ongoing because all regulatory agencies are different in how they want our drug approved. That makes perfect sense to have partners internationally.
As for the US market and being bought out or sold is the last thing I want to see. This 13d attempted coup scares me because I don’t want our direction changed. I believe in the indications we have and the amount of immune modulating indications we will impact or be successful with are not just a few but many successful trials to come.
This may be a pipe dream of a continued pipeline but last year at the annual shareholders meeting Nader chose a direction for our company and that was to grow into our own BIG PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY. This is a pipe dream of mine and will bring us all big money. The same kind of FU money in our little world. Nader presented a plan of trialing 10 new indications a year. With the lifesaving indications first. Those just happen to be the highest revenue also. Big money in saving lives.
For these reason of building our own Pharmaceutical Company I hope and pray that our direction stays the same and we grow as planned. This dream only happens in my opinion if we stay the coarse and follow our current management and let them grab what might be more than just a couple of EUA’s, BTD’s and or a BLA. We are within a short time span of acquiring multiple indications of approvals of some kind and this is because we have designed our trials for success we have learned expensive lessons but make no mistake… we have learned. I see us succeeding very shortly and growing quickly as revenue allows us to hire the right people to push the rest of the indications after we capture the very first. This is called growing and growth is a great thing.
What we should be doing as a long board… is to bet on which indication will be our first EUA or equivalent and maybe where and approx when.
My bet is that we get good interim results on the critical trial and get EUA or equivalent approvals in Brazil first. Timeline of this happening with interim results should be mid to late September. This is my guess. I am hopeful of a BTD before this but it would be frosting on the cake. To good to be true and believe in but never say never…
