Standard shifting of blame from NP to someone else. The judge in the first lawsuit didn’t buy that claim and neither did the arbitrator in this one.
Talk about shifting the blame, but it's you that's doing it.
This was a lawsuit against the company, not NP. It did not matter if it were Caracciolo or NP or someone else.
