Even if he sold me the company tomorrow for $1 I still think the criminal case has to play out before it can be removed. I think we'll see bankruptcy way before that ever happens...Prove me otherwise? I would love for someone to, but I can't find any information online about a CE sign being removed during criminal proceedings. It's one of the reasons the CE came about anyways... He's been stealing from investors since day one.... Making false promises since day one... That and the bullshit Bennie was spinning. At one point the mother fucker claimed NTEK would be live streaming football games including the super bowl. I hope he rots in hell. I'd hire a lawyer for a class action lawsuit, but we'd never collect a penny. Had any of us invested in bitcoin, roku, or countless other companies instead of NTEK at the same time we would be millionaires.... David did you buy any with our money? If so, pay us fucking back. I wouldn't be surprised to learn he shorted his own stock.... Did the RS, diluted, and then shorted it to oblivion.
It's not free to short stocks. You gotta pay interest.... With it at basically 0 it makes no sense to continue shorting.....
