Could it be he became so disgusted with Pourhassan that even he, the ultimate CYDY optimist, was unable to conjure up anything positive to say on his positive only board?
When facts change, it is important to evolve.
So, while an all positive board might have made sense a few years ago, it no longer makes sense to ignore the missteps of management, and pretend as if they never happened.
