The reason Vietnam had to lock down is their rate of vaccines is extremely poor. Friends from Vietnam family members tell them there is also a lot of vaccine fraud there and the injections arent really the vaccine. This information is 3rd hand so i am not privy to any first hand knowledge in Vietnam. just what i hear from the Vietnamese community in the US
