Why is this even a thing at this point? NGIO/NUGX is moving forward albeit at a turtles pace.
Meanwhile Generex is about to do something no other company has done. They will submit to the FDA a non-rolling IND with full safety, CMC and GMP packages completed. On a shoestring budget.
