$8mm Funding Commitment Provides Fuel for Execution
VNUE, Inc. (OTC:VNUE) today announced that its S1 Registration Statement was deemed "effective" by the SEC, enabling the company to tap up to $8mm in funding from GHS Investments, an investment banking firm.
Zach Bair, CEO of VNUE, said, "After five years of receiving small dribs and drabs of funding, we finally have a commitment for the type of funding that we need to really swing the bat and execute our plan.
