The correspondence between the FDA and CYDY points to an irony: Bruce Patterson's missteps in doing the receptor occupany tests for the Leron HIV trial were probably the greatest reason the FDA refused to accept the filing. In other words, he sank the share price.
And now the 13D group holds up Bruce as their front man, claiming that he is the perfect person to get us an FDA approval or two -- that appointing him as CEO will lift our share price.
Clearly the FDA's feelings about Bruce are not as warm as Bruce's feelings about Bruce. He should not be our front man in dealings with the FDA.
