Do I feel Dr. Patterson's markers for Long Haulers good, absolutely. Do I feel the FDA might adapt some of tests for LH's, absolutely. Do I feel that Dr. Patterson would give us an advantage with the FDA it terms of Leronlimab, absolutely not.
If the FDA viewed NP as a joke (before he stepped out side of their power structure with PI, India and Brazil) they will view Patterson as a threat. These guys, and they are mostly guys, all know each other. The guy I know is on first name basis with Fauci and his entire team who appear on camera with Trump in March 2020. He pointed them out by first name. He has summarily dismissed me when I brought up Leronlimab in April and August of last year. He has close friends at Gilead, Pfizer, Lilly, et al.
They all want whatever research "they" have been working on for 20 years to be what saves humanity from the plague. For all I know, the guy I know helped draft the letter. Bruce in his tennis shoes is not part of this club.
