As I stated, I think Squires walks if the shareholders aren't protected in any outcome where Pasaca gets greedy and wants more than the agreed 51 percent.
Also, there is a chance that employees bail if Squires goes because, we know they signed on because they bought the potential of the company as Squires described it to them. What other reason?
Also, if Pasaca takes over and screws the shareholders, QMC becomes a lesson for any startup to stay away from Pasaca because they will take them over, too. On the other hand, helping QMC get back on their feet is a hero story for Pasaca to tell.
Also, they can't calculate 51 percent without our 49 percent!
