Partial update
The hearing in the Haifa court in Israel took place yesterday.
We have been given some limited information as to what happened yesterday.
We are seeking further clarification and should have more to report on in the next 24-48 hours.
In effect the judge has ordered the two sides to negotiate in good faith before rendering a final decision.
Once we are able to clarify in detail the information that we have received and what it means we will share here.
