MORE DD....Wonder why he needed a website? Remember he told mikey when the site went live he needed it for Public listing.
When you submit application for OTC, the one I saw you have to give them TA, website and all the most current company officers and addresses. So once the app is approved all of that info should be updated thats why he needed a website.
