Kevetrin can chemosensitize mutant p53 cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs.
This drug has the potential to piggyback to just about every existing chemo regimen currently being used. It sensitizes cells to the more toxic chemo agents without adding to the overall toxic load. Even if it only has modest action as stand alone drug, it has HUGE potential as a piggyback. Longs will be seriously rewarded. This is a gamechanger even if it isn't a lead treatment.
