Are you sure the Pharmsynthez number is in dollars and not rubles?
Did you get that number from Yahoo Finance? The stock quote is in rubles so that makes me think the income statement numbers are also in rubles, which would put their loss in dollars at only $7,180,613 so Opko's 9% would be $646,255.
