QMC still is working on a next generation rapid test, if QMC goes bankrupt all the research and progress that QMC has gotten to at this point could become the sole property of Innova if Pasaca calls the loans and QMC doesn't have the money to pay.

All the employees working on the project could become employees of Innova, if QC is no more and continue their work on the next generation rapid test..

Once the next generation rapid test is on the market Innova (Pasaca) would receive 100% of the sales instead of 51%.

Innova has already shown they can sell billions of test without being a public company and make billions of dollars.

Also Pasaca could gain ownership of all QMC patents and research on all other projects.
