I can't think of any reason to merge. What could be the benefit (aside from making BP wealthier)?
Maybe they will use a merger to settle any patent conflict? I am asking only. This seems like an excellent way to segue into that conversation. This is getting an ugliness to it. I guess we will need to go to their website and ask them directly.
