At the present time with a two year history for NO FILINGS and a missed deadline of a PLAN the CEO SENT TO THE SEC IN DECEMBER 2020, "Pasaca would want to leave QTMM a public reporting company" is just as much a speculation at this point as the other two statements.
Does Pasaca really want all of baggage that comes with QTMM or just it's assets?
