I hear you. That’s why I basically haven’t made my mind up at this point. I definitely don’t see the new group as a bunch of superstar saviors or anything like that.
But you could take a couple of pieces from the new group and totally transform the company in my opinion. I for one, would make Bruce Patterson the face man of the company. He is remarkably impressive – – after watching his Ted talk I dramatically increased my position in CytoDyn. I am sorry, but he is just 10 times more impressive, smooth, composed than NP. I wouldn’t get rid of NP, I would keep him as a major part of the company. But he is just not a guy that inspires confidence with new investors, partners, etc. And there is no question that the well has been poisoned somewhat with the FDA. No matter if you love or hate them, we eventually need to have a good working relationship with them.
It also seems like some of the other members of this new group have strong political ties. Trust me, I hate politics – – but what I have learned over many years is that you have to have connections and play the political game.
I realize NP will never let someone else be the face of the company, and it could never work out the way I am talking about because of egos, but that would be ideal in my opinion to add some serious additional firepower to our company.
