one thing I don't know as a long-term shareholder. how good is our current board really? does anyone know what Jordan Naydenov has done for us? Alan Timmons? I've never heard mention of any of these guys doing anything? Maybe mgmt can't reference board members for some reason - but again, that brings back the point that we don't know if these guys are adding any value at all. most aren't doctors, and their background is in totally different industries.
I'm not in the camp to toss NP - although my patience is almost worn out at this point. I'm on the fence, basically.
But I will say that for a long time, I've felt like there were some major pieces of the puzzle missing here. Mistakes that were made due to our being a tiny company with limited resources and absolutely zero political capital (with anyone). And while some of that is normal for a small company, should we settle for limited resources and connections, if we could add folks with knowledge and connections?
I for one am open minded here - especially after watching the value of my investment plummet by 75% over the past 12 months. not saying I'm supporting this group yet - but I'm also tired of people making them out to be these evil manipulators operating in the shadows, driving the SP down, etc. - I don't buy any of that.
