Someone PMed me a pro-Rosenbaum post that made me dig a little deeper. From the time Rosenbaum filed the 13d for Rentrak until 10 months later the share price went from $4.14 and bottomed out to $1.88. He became CEO from September 2000 until May 2009 and the share price rebounded to $9.54 a share. Which sounds all good except within 2 weeks of his departure as CEO the share price jumped to $17.36 and continued going upward to $29.23 by the end of that year. It seems the shareholders were happy that CEO was gone.
