I beg to differ on much of your statement. Yes, there will be further filings and news, even TV interviews as we all know Doc has the connections.
But, when Doc releases the financials and 8k, he has to release all the financials up to the last ones available to him. The 8k has to be up to date also. Those financials and 8k will be full of information, sending the stock from the close of, .08 or ?, to an opening probably over a dollar, two, three, ??, but no .25 or .50 shares to be had after the news, IMO.
The opening bell price after news will be determined by "supply and demand". So if we want to see higher prices, be patient, IMO. Everyone has to make their own decision when to sell based on their needs, but remember, "supply and demand". That is the stock market, basic capitalism at work.
Obviously, the biggest gains should happen on the Nasdaq as that opens up more buyers for the stock. I keep telling everyone that I have gotten into UNVC, " the buying decision is easy, the selling decisions are hard". When do I start selling, how much and how often, all personal decisions that should be based on information NOT emotion.
