Perhaps instead of blaming Ziv Turner for everything that has gone wrong with the company maybe you open your mind up enough to understand the following words.
THE COMPANY HAS NO MONEY...INSOLVENT.
Continuing to blame Turner for this fact is not only disingenuous, it speaks to the fact that PhenixBleu is a complete idiot.
He still claims there is no proof of the court hearing on July 5th despite information being posted on the OW IHUB board..perhaps if this human turd had any integrity he'd have spent a few minutes doing some real due diligence and inquired about the hearing in the Haifa court this coming monday..which is a public record.
Just remember before you listen to this idiot.....his claims and ideas are just as absurdly ridiculous of those of his mentor, IBlow

1. The Chancery court will decide who owns and who controls what....
LOL...the case has been set aside weeks ago..that is why there has been no activity from the court nor will there be...Turner and Kirkland came to an agreement.
2. Ziv Turner is to blame for everything....lol...please explain to me what Turner has done when he inherited a company that had already been pillaged by Mr. Bignitz.
How does this fall on Mr. Turner's shoulders?
3. CATV is a bloated pig with no future...lol..yet in his next breath Phenix claims he made money on the stock...Michael Feldenkrais took over CATV which was in this bloated state. He has not tinkered with anything to do with the share structure and instead has been focussed in building a strong company. The proposed name change as well as other improvements are coming and the fact is that Turner and Feldenkrais are working very closely and have been for 6.5 years. Once things are cleared up with OW in Israel we will see movement with regards to the collaboration between the two.
4. David Kugelman is in charge...lol..umm no..it was clearly spelled out in the last filing by DGF that they are nothing more now than a holder of up to 9.99 percent control of the company...If in fact they were able to convert their preferred shares the most they would hold as common shares is 55.5 million shares or 9.99 percent. The fact Kugelman's name is repeatedly brought up shows just how out of touch Phenix is. Kugelman has never, not even once made contact with Mr. Turner. Mr. Turner has no clue who this man is nor has he ever been recognized as anything within the corporate structure of OWC because as we all know, at least those with the ability to understand and reason, understand the filings and claims from DGF and John Kirkland were nothing more than a lame attempt to bully Mr. Turner, which Mr. Turner saw right through.
5. PhenixBleu is a pompous asshole who even when presented with proof which disproves his ridiculous assertions hasn't the ability to admit he was wrong and instead continues to deny facts such as the hearing on July 5th in the Haifa court in Israel.
This hearing determines everything...
OWC is insolvent..there is no money for filings, patents etc...that has always been the case.
Making Ziv the scapegoat is a lame attempt to demonize someone who has always had the interests of shareholders at heart. Why go to court and as part of the insolvency attempt to recover money owed to former employees if Mr. Turner is a scammer as Phenix states.
It's quite obvious who the scammer is here in attempting to make himself appear as a knowledgeable person when in fact he is nothing more than a DOLT.
