The 5% letter reads as if it was written by Bruce himself, especially the part about NP not taking "their" advice. In my opinion, the 5%ers have one of two possible agendas (or both); 1) replace the BOD and NP, and then sell the company as quickly as possible given that 4 of their chosen 5 candidates have previously done just that, or 2) replace NP with Bruce and possibly merge with IncellDx. Neither of these options will benefit the shareholders other than those at the top. I know this has become common knowledge, but I'll repeat it again. When Bruce was asked if he could run both IncellDx and CytoDyn, he didn't respond by saying he wasn't interested in replacing NP, but instead implied that he could handle the job because Elon runs multiple companies. That statement speaks volumes as to his intent.

I'd love to see those emails where anyone in this distinguished group told Nader and Scott Kelly ahead of time that these trials had some serious flaws, and suggested a better way.
