The way his resume' read, it would appear that he has far too much going on at the think tank to give his full attention to the rescue of CYDY.
Surely he is not going to scrap his own wonderous creations in order to complete another man's dream.
It just seems like a conflict of interest waiting to happen- if it hasn't already.
