At this point it doesn't matter what QTMM's relationship is with Pasaca and Innova.
The most important thing is what does Pasaca plan to do with QTMM.
QTMM and Pasaca might market anti-counterfeiting world wide and produce the most effective diagnostic testing in the histor of mankind, but if current shareholders aren't in the equation it really isn't important at all to them, now is it?
So Assuming Pasaca will take over 51% of QTMM
Opinions on advantages and disadvantage to Pasaca
- Pasaca would want to leave QTMM a public reporting company
- Pasaca would want to take QTMM private
- Pasaca will bankrupt QTMM and take over QTMM's assets
