Whichever nominees receive the 5 highest vote counts will become directors. Most likely it will be set up as each share receives 5 votes to cast as they please with each vote having to go to a different individual. In that case it's almost guaranteed those who support the 5%ers will vote for the 5%ers, those against will vote for the current board. You may see a few split votes but unless support for the 5%ers is extremely close to support for the current board you will see either full retention of the current board or the board completely replaced.
