I am not a baseball fan...but will use the game as an analogy...You have a starter...a general manager or team manager goes to the mound...and tells you are done...then you have a finisher/closer...that's my job...you have to recognize that no one can start and finish...that's maturity...they usually pat you on the back...and you get to rest up for the next game...it's business...some people mistakenly think it's a sport.
