And simply:
CRGP Shares = ownership of corporate property.
How do you determine custodianship if you can't identify ownership?
The imbalance of shares would have to be addressed. The TA would have to pull all CRGP stock certificates from the Brokers/DTCC and count the real stock. But the TA can only do that when CRGP/attorney requests/instructs this type of action.
