You have to make your own call on this Cdiddy but one thing I would like you to consider.Removing a board and all of the exec team is disruptive no matter how the 13D crowd paints it.the reality is this may actually slow progress down for quite some time rather than speed things up and operating more efficiently. remember Dr Ps tweet from about 3 weeks ago when he was asked if he wanted to run Cytodyn. His response was Elon Musk runs multiple companies. So taking him at face value, that leads me to believe if this new board gets in, NP gets fired immediately and Dr P becomes CEO. For all the longs who want an experienced big Pharma or smaller Pharma CEO in place who has taken a drug to market ,that dream goes away. Dr P would be a CEO in training in a pharma company because this isn’t a private diagnostic company. It’s a public Pharma company trying to get its first drug approval which is tough for every small Pharma. It’s apples and oranges from a trial’s and approvals perspective as well as setting up a global distribution system which has already been started.
