It’s to grow into a big pharmaceutical company. We make out huge as investors in this plan. If we have a buyout it’s over before we see any money. Big Pharma makes the money. We don’t.
I am a firm believer in keeping the profits of our patience for waiting years. To lose our future possibilities is just unfathomable for me.
Didn’t you read their bio’s? They don’t run companies they flip them. Start and then sell. This didn’t give me any confidence in these candidates for BOD. The one thing we know they are good at is selling companies. We don’t know if they are good at company direction because they don’t keep their companies. They are more about show me the money and you can have my company. The unknowns of another BOD is unsafe to me. I like our current plan to grow. That’s where the money is. Are you here for the money like me? Then don’t vote the new candidates. I will not vote them in. They bash and bash and that was evident in today’s letter.
This group would of got a whole lot more legitimate traction had they not bashed but presented a better path forward. It’s clear to see that bashing is their forte. When all I want is a future plan. One to believe in. When a group only attacks they are suspect to me. How can you trust a group like this. They struck out by their own moves. First not providing a plan when they filed. Then all the secrecy and promoted bashing by their supporters who just happened to present the same bashing in the letter today. I can not trust this group because they are unorganized and not trustworthy to lead us into becoming a pharmaceutical company. I feel they will sell us as a biotech at a fraction of the price.
