Thanks for the awesome DD day. So with the DD you did on the state filing of UNVC themselves that you found at the end of May I believe? Which kind of looked like the last company apart of the conglomerate going current and good standing. Would it be safe to say it would of HAD to be after that point? Meaning at best we could be 4 weeks in currently or could it have been done even before that? Wondering if that could give us a clue on timing. Thanks chiro
