Mathis and Salomone have decades of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and their appointments broaden the company’s leadership teams. Mathis comes from Argenx Inc., where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of the company’s US Neurology franchise; he also held positions of responsibility at Amgen, Celgene, Biogen and BMS. Mathis has been involved in a number of successful product launches and led multiple cross-functional teams. Salomone brings more than a decade of experience working at Fidelity Institutional Asset Management with a focus on healthcare investing; his most recent role was as a senior healthcare analyst on the small cap team.
