Do you think the PR and quote of Caracciolo precludes the participation and agreement to the hire by others, including NP. You many be correct that NP wasn't involved, I really don't have first hand knowledge of the process they went through which brought Pestell aboard, if you do, I accede to your judgement on the matter.
