According to the announcement, the meeting began at 1 p.m. PT with 2,735,413 company shares represented either in person or by proxy; that number constituted 53.6% of the company’s issued share capital as of May 3, 2021. There were several matters voted upon during the meeting, including the election of Chris Bunka, John Docherty, Nicholas Baxter, Ted McKechnie and Albert Reese Jr. as directors, with the percent approving the elections ranging from 82.1% to 97.6%. In addition, more than 99% of those in attendance voted to appoint Davidson & Company LLP as auditors.
