I have been for many years stating my position about the FDA: "Is tainted" it is funded and sponsored mainly by BP.
Just look at the despicable response to COVID and the approvals at the beginning of the pandemic.
The hoops that we are jumping trough due to FDA moving the goalpost every time we are within 10' of the line is (or should be) obvious as you rightly point out.
However, we have to deal with it if we want to sell drugs in this country.
So, NP keeps on kissing the ring and licking the behind of FDA every time he has the opportunity to (we should thank him for that) and jump as high as they want and as many times as they say.
Eventually SCIENCE will prevail because we will carry out a trial were the results will not leave giggle room to FDA to go and cry to BP (as in Big Pharma).
It is coming and soon. So, keep on buying shares and keep the faith (if you don't like reading papers on CCR5.)
