That's great info Wharfrat but why are all focused on those dates? Did I miss where Dr. Dalton said we would file OTCMARKETS then uplist? I think most got side tracked off the fact that #NASDAQ trumps OTCMARKETS so imo those dates mean nothing they are 2 different Markets!
