2/6) - If a company applies for OTCIQ access in July or August the application will still be accepted and OTCM will do their best to work with the company but they are not guaranteeing they can be fully reporting by the 9/28 deadline.



(4/6) - Nothing is going to happen on 6/30 . Stocks won’t just go CE or get delisted at that time just because they missed the deadline.



(5/6) - OTCM has been sending correspondence to these companies for many months about getting their OTCIQ applications in by 6/30 if they need to. So most companies who plan to do something would/should have started the process by now. But again they won’t turn late apps away.

(6/6) - In a nutshell, the 6/30 deadline is merely just when the OTCM has asked for OTCIQ applications to be submitted. They expect to have more info coming out in the next week to clear up investor confusion.
