question: What is preventing Steve from working out a deal with Pasaca to buyout his and the big players shares out or replace with new shares under a different structure and ticker and screwing the rest of us? Coming back with a different name, share structure and ticker I bet sounds like a pretty good option for Pasaca and QTMM the company, no so good for us.
